SOON.FUN is a non-custodial toolkit for Solana. These terms govern your use of the site and every tool on it — Swap, Bridge, Limit, Pay, Launch, Sweep, Burn, Ghost, Whisper, and Flash.
You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live, whichever is higher, and legally able to enter into these terms. You're responsible for confirming that using this site is lawful in your jurisdiction — see the Disclaimer for more on this.
A set of non-custodial tools that let you interact with the Solana blockchain through your own wallet. We never take custody of your funds or your keys at any point. We facilitate — you sign, you send, you control every transaction yourself.
You agree not to use this site to:
— Launch, name, or promote a token (via Launch or any other tool) that is illegal, fraudulent, infringes someone else's rights, or is intended to scam or mislead others
— Attempt to disrupt, overload, or abuse the site's infrastructure, including circumventing rate limits
— Use the site for money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any other illegal financial activity
— Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the security of any tool on this site
We reserve the right to restrict or block access to anyone we reasonably believe is violating these terms, though given the non-custodial nature of the site, this is generally limited to blocking access to the website itself, not your wallet or funds.
If you create a token through Launch, or attach a note through Whisper, you're solely responsible for that content. We don't review, endorse, or take responsibility for anything created through these tools. Tokens launched through Launch are independent creations — we have no ongoing relationship with, or control over, tokens once they exist on-chain.
Some tools charge a fee, built into the rate you're quoted before you confirm. Full, current, per-tool fee details are always on the FAQ page.
The SOON.FUN name, logo, and site design belong to us. The code that makes the tools work is ours too. This doesn't extend to tokens, content, or data you create using the tools — that's yours (or the relevant third party's), not ours.
Several tools route through third-party infrastructure — swap and bridge routing, RPC access, token launch infrastructure. We aren't responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of services we don't operate. See the Disclaimer for more.
This site is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from your use of this site, including losses from transactions, third-party service failures, or downtime. Full detail is in the Disclaimer.
We can restrict or discontinue access to the site, in whole or part, at any time. Since we never hold your funds, this never affects your ability to access them directly on-chain through your own wallet.
These terms are governed by applicable law, interpreted in a manner consistent with the non-custodial nature of the service described throughout this page.
We may update these terms as the site changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the current version.
