Short version: no names, no emails, no KYC, ever. Longer version below — we'd rather over-explain this than leave anything vague.
SOON.FUN is non-custodial, which means we don't need most of the personal information a typical site or financial service would ask for. But we do collect a small amount of data to keep the site working, secure, and abuse-resistant — this page explains exactly what, and exactly why.
IP addresses — used only for rate limiting, to stop the site's backend services from being abused or spammed. Not linked to your identity, not sold, not shared for marketing.
Wallet addresses and transaction timestamps — when you use a tool, the wallet address that signed the transaction is logged along with when it happened and how many transactions that wallet has made. This powers the referral leaderboard and achievement badges. It is never linked to your name, email, or any other identifying information, because we never collect those in the first place.
Local browser storage — we store a small amount of data in your browser's localStorage (which wallet you last connected with) purely so the site can reconnect you automatically on your next visit. This stays on your device and isn't transmitted to us as a separate collection step.
Your name, email address, phone number, physical address, government ID, or any KYC information — we never ask for any of it, on any tool. And we never see or store your private keys or seed phrase, under any circumstances; that's the entire point of a non-custodial site.
Several tools route through third-party infrastructure to function — swap and bridge routing, RPC access to the Solana network, and token launch infrastructure. These third parties may independently log requests (including your IP address) according to their own privacy practices, which we don't control. Our hosting provider and CDN also process standard web server logs as a normal part of running any website. We don't share data with any of these parties beyond what's technically necessary for the relevant tool to function.
Wallet activity and referral data is kept for as long as the referral and achievements features are active, so your history and standing stay accurate. Rate-limit data is short-lived and rotates out automatically. If you'd like data associated with a specific wallet address removed, contact us and we'll action it.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of data associated with your wallet address, and to object to certain processing. Since we don't collect identifying information, we can only act on requests tied to a specific wallet address you confirm belongs to you. Contact us using the details below to make a request.
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The only browser storage we use is localStorage, purely functional (remembering your last-connected wallet), not used for tracking you across other sites.
We may update this policy as the site changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the current version.
